Paint is the fastest way to transform a property and the easiest place for a contractor to cut corners. DL Construction does it the other way around: the majority of our time on a painting project goes into preparation — cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming — so the finish coats lay down evenly and stay put through Montana's freeze-thaw cycles.

For interiors, we paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and stairways with tight cut lines and consistent sheen. Your home stays livable while we work: floors and furniture are covered, dust is contained, and every room is put back together at the end of the day. For exteriors, we address the substrate first — siding repairs, failing caulk joints, chalked or peeling coatings — before applying products rated for high UV and heavy snow load.

Because we also install stucco, plaster, and stone, we understand how coatings behave on masonry and mineral surfaces. That matters when painting stucco walls, which need breathable products and correct film thickness rather than whatever happens to be on the shelf.

You get a written scope listing surfaces, products, sheens, and number of coats, plus a clear timeline. At completion we walk the project with you and correct anything on your list before we call it done.
